Bright straw yellow. Finely marked nose, fine fumé, plus light savouriness, some cold butter, toasted hazelnut, and in the echo noble nuances of ripe apple. Shows to be very polished on the palate with a creamy notion, then great juiciness, compact and with generous acidity, stretches wide, remains extremely long and balanced on the tongue, salty on the finish.
