Fine yeast pastry on the nose with stewed apple rings and roasted almonds, also peach and pear. Soft, supple mousse on the palate, the fullness is supported by a present acidity, fine spiciness with nutty and citrus notes on the finish, not too complex, invigorating aperitif.
