The red wine Sentius Priorat DOCa, vintage 2015 from the winery Joan Simó has been rated in 2019 by Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot from the region Priorat in Spain.
Pickled cherries on the nose, along with dried plum and liquorice nuances and a subtle chocolatey note. Round and soft on the palate with vivid tannins and fresh acidity on the long finish. Fine tannic structure.
