Pickled cherries on the nose, along with dried plum and liquorice nuances and a subtle chocolatey note. Round and soft on the palate with vivid tannins and fresh acidity on the long finish. Fine tannic structure.

Ripe fruit on the nose, lots of plum, rum steeped fruit, dried cherry and also chocolate, malt and some liquorice. Elegant texture, fresh, straightforward acidity, finely woven tannins, lots of fruit and a beautiful herbal savouriness on the finish.
