Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Delicate notes of ripe apple, guava, fine blossom honey, meadow herbs and apricots. It's juicy and light-footed on the palate with an elegant, lively acidity structure and mineral-salty accents. White stone fruit shows on the finish, a good food companion with certain ageing potential.
