Pale chartreuse yellow with silver hues, a refined mousse. Discreet wild herbs, mandarin zest, a hint of yellow tropical fruit, fresh apple notes, a touch of grapefruit. Taut, tightly meshed, nuances of pomelo, a lively acidity, mineral, with good persistence, dry, lovely paired with food. (Deg. 2/22).
