Medium yellow-green colour, silver reflections. Delicate notes of blossom honey and passion fruit, some mandarin zest, hints of Williams pear. Tightly woven, white pomaceous fruit, salty, well-integrated acidity, fresh and long-lasting, a versatile food companion.
