A pale golden yellow colour with a silver sheen, a fine, persistent mousse. Fresh herbs, fine pineapple, fresh mango, subtle notes of blossom honey. Juicy notes of peach, a refined sweetness, a fresh acidity, with a lemony touch on the finish, subtle notes of fig in the aftertaste.
