Light yellow with hints of green, silver reflections and a lively mousse. Delicate pistachio, wood aromas, white apple, smoky nuances , a light floral note and subtle yeasty hints. Powerful and opens up on the palate, nuances of honey and blood orange, substantial and persistent. A great food companion with definite ageing potential.
