Bright onion pink. Initially restrained aroma of bright sweet cherry and raspberry with time develops baked apple notes, herbal savouriness and a hint of cookie. Brilliant purist structure with juicy acidity and a chalky minerality that lingers. A straightforward, terroir driven type with no frills. Needs air.
