Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections and a very lively, well persistent mousse. Fine nuances of white stone fruit, but also yellow tropical fruit, a touch of freshly grated citrus zest, some brioche - a very inviting bouquet. Tightly woven, taut and freshly structured, making for a very animating style. The finish is lemony and mineral. A multi-faceted food companion.
