Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections, very lively with a persistent mousse. Fine nuances of white stone fruit, but also yellow tropical fruit, a touch of freshly grated citrus zest, some brioche, all in all a very inviting bouquet. Tightly woven, taut and freshly structured. Lemony and mineral on the finish, a multi-faceted food companion.
