Rich, bright golden yellow. Intense fruit aromas of quince, ripe yellow apple, pomelo, a touch of vanilla and honey caramel notes. Fine mousse and very delicate on the palate, some sweetness and richness but with a subtlety. An exciting, high quality Cava with very good length.
