Bright golden yellow. Delicate bouquet of fresh vanilla cream, almond cookies and Williams pear, a hint of roasted pineapple. Nuanced palate of creamy, tasty acidity, rock dust, delicate sweetness, complex. Drinkable and full of character at the same time. A good food companion.
