On the nose, apple, Mirabelle plum and with flavours of Mediterranean herbs, blossom honey, hazelnuts and yeast pastries in the background. Lively and balanced on the palate, mineral, with a ripe acidity and a long, slightly tart finish accompanied by yeasty and fruity notes.
