Brilliant golden yellow in colour. A complex nose, with subtle aromas of yeast buns, caramel, cantaloupe melon, delicately underpinned with herbal spices and mustard seeds. The palate is juicy, with a fresh mouthfeel, fine acidity, the full-bodied, refined body encourages drinking. Expressive, textural Cava for many occasions.
