Unsere St. Magdalener Selektion ist eine modernere Interpretation des klassischen St. Magdalaners. Der Lehmhaltige Boden speichert ein kräftigeres, würzigeres Tannin in den Trauben ab. In die Gärung geben wir ca. 10 % ganze Trauben. Nach der Fassreifung, benötigt der Wein einige Zeit in der Flasche für die Finale Darstellung seiner Größe.

Gently shimmering ruby red with a touch of garnet. Juicy sour cherry, marzipan and a hint of pencil tip on the nose. Hearty fruit on the palate, slightly tart in the aftertaste, lively acidity and a juicy finish.
