Der Sauvignon gedeiht auf dem Südhang über St. Magdalena bei Bozen. Durch die Pergolaerziehung können wir die Truben im Schatten lassen, so haben wir auch in warmen Sommer, genügend Säure vorhanden. 30% werden spontan im Barriquefass vergoren und gelagert. Dies verleiht dem Wein eine gewisse Würzigkeit, was dein Wein nicht zu laut macht.

Medium, slightly cloudy straw yellow. Initially restrained on the nose, with hints of orange peel and honeycomb. Noticeable grip on the palate, fruity with fresh orange and above-average length.
