Der Wolf im Schafspelz verbirgt so einiges. 100 % Vernatsch, aber faustig was hinterm Fell. Durch die 10 tägige Stocktrocknung erhalten 50% der Gesamtmenge, der Trauben eine tolle konzentration. Die Gärung im offenen Barriquefass, mit 30% ganzen Trauben verleihen dem Wein ein knackiges, aber auch frisches Tannin. Die weitere reifung in der Flasche benötigt der Wein um sich zu entfalten.

Elegantly shimmering ruby with garnet-red nuances. Spicy and fruity on the nose, with notes of plum confit, strawberry confit, clove and tobacco. Opulent on the palate, with hearty, sweet fruit, slightly drying tannins and a persistent finish.
