Tasting Notes

94+
Tasting from 08.11.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A great ripe savouriness on the nose, dried herbs, apricots, quinces, lemon zest, slate savouriness. On the palate the wine has texture and well-integrated fruit to the lively acidity, the wine appears slender and yet has a very good extract, but above all a penetrating tactile minerality.
