Still has greenish reflections in the light lemon-yellow colour. Herbal spice on the nose, a pinch of botrytis, roast jus, but not too much, grapefruit. A penetrating acidity on the palate sets the tone for a well-concentrated wine that plays intensely with sweetness and acidity and is infused with minerality.
