Tasting Notes

89 - 91
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy and slate mineral notes, herbal savouriness, peach and apricot, fresh bay leaf. Captivating on the palate with its full-bodied, full flavoured and savoury style, supported by a stable acidity and underpinned by beautiful slate spiciness, also slightly citrusy. The sweetness provides suppleness, well-balanced and clear in expression.
