Light green, silver reflections. Fine resin nuances, a hint of mountain pine, rosemary, lime zest, extremely floral and engaging. Elegant, fine white apple fruit, aromatic, fresh, subtle vegetal savouriness on the finish, very individualistic style with Assyrtiko instead of Salvatiano. With sushi instead of red ginger.
