Shiny, fine straw yellow. Open and appealing nose, full of ripe yellow fruit, mirabelle plums, fresh apple, some peach, fine honey notes in the background. Sparkling and fine on the palate, very juicy on the attack and finish, as if from a single mold, salty, very long finish, fresh and full-bodied.
