Rich, deep dark ruby colour with a black core. Intense nose, rich notes of mulberry and elderberry, plus some cinnamon and dark chocolate, very appealing. Lots of polished, fine-meshed tannins on the palate, precise, crisp fruit, spreads out smoothly, with a finish of elderberry.
More about the tastingRich, impenetrable ruby violet. Intense nose with clear notes of mulberry and blackberry, subtle savouriness, dark bread crust in the background. Lots of vivid berry fruit on the palate, dominated by blackberry and blueberry, some dark cherry, then opens up with fine-meshed tannins, juicy on the finish.
