The white wine Südtiroler Chardonnay Flora DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Kellerei Girlan has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with light sheen. Herbaceous nose of sage and some thyme which is very inviting, also ripe tropical fruit in the background. An elegant texture with nicely integrated acidity, filigree fruit, unfolding slowly, and culminating with a powerful drive on the finish.
