The white wine Südtiroler Sauvignon Blanc Flora DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Kellerei Girlan has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense bright straw yellow with a golden tinge. A mineral nose with citrus notes, and light rosemary and elderflower aromas. There is also a nice minerality on the palate, it is very juicy and taut, unfolding with lovely freshness throughout the mouth, leading to a long and vivid finish.
