Tasting Notes
It has a vivid bright straw yellow colour. It is fragrant and expressive on the nose, with aromas of ripe grapefruit, lemon zest, wet stone and flint, and a hint of elderberry. It is vertical and straightforward on the palate, unfolding nicely over the tongue with a racy pull. It has a slight saltiness, good length, a fresh fruity flavour, and a great dark minerality, as well as persistence.
