Sparkling, rich straw yellow. Shows impressive freshness on the nose, initially of ripe apples, then light notes of buttery cookies, candied pineapple in the background. Very interwoven on the palate, opens as if from a single mold, compact and creamy, flows like silk over the palate, long finish, sparkling.
