Clear, rich straw yellow colour. An interwoven nose shows notes of apricots, nuts, ripe Mirabelle plums, Linden blossom and a hint of brioche in the background. On the palate it's as if from a single mould, unfolding again with notes of Linden and walnuts, with some baked apple and white chocolate too. Long and creamy.
