Sparkling straw yellow. Initially displays slightly smoky, mineral notes, followed by lovely ripe fruit notes; inviting. Very present on the palate, opening up with plenty of ripe fruit, hints of apple and nuts; lovely salty notes in the mid-palate; very long finish.
