Clear pale golden yellow. Fragrant and finely marked nose, notes of fresh flowers, hawthorn and elderberry bush, some sage, then also a lot of gooseberry. Compact and round in approach and course, plays up great, lots of juicy fruit, plus fine mineral notes, gives the wine depth and play, fine texture on the finish.
