Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Fresh apple fruit, a touch of mango, some floral nuances and mineral undertones on the nose, along with subtle white fruit. Complex on the palate, with juicy and tight-knit structure and a fine acidity. It's undoubtedly pronounced in tropical fruit notes and lingers for a long time, underlaid by dark minerality on the finish. White peach in the aftertaste, and certain ageing potential.
