Bright, brilliant straw yellow with a green tinge. Grassy notes of gooseberry, some pink grapefruit, followed by blackcurrant. Fresh on the palate, pleasantly crisp, linear, opens up well with tropical fruit, light and pleasantly savoury on the medium finish!
