Tasting Notes
Golden yellow in the glass, yeasty notes on the nose. Bread dough, brioche, apple skin, almonds, buttered toast and floral notes. Generous, dense on the palate, fine mousse, juicy fruit, pear, ripe apple, red berries, nutty notes, lively acidity, subtle sweetness, lots of spice on the long finish.
More about the tastingIt has a light golden colour. At first the aroma is yeasty, but then it is more and more nutty, and buttery and herbal notes emerge, along with straw flowers and flax. It is silky, with a suitably restrained mousse on the palate, a ripe acidity and a delicately spicy finish.
