Lemon yellow. Spicy with subtle ripe notes on the nose, buttery tones. The wine oscillates between the poles of fullness and freshness, the initially mild mousse develops a good volume, not stinging but rather refreshing the palate en passant. The good extract and ripe acidity form the backbone for a long finish.
