Tasting Notes
A pastel old rose colour. The nose reveals some development with balsamic undertones, but there are also yeast aromas and fresh fruit of wild strawberry and redcurrant. The palate is linear, with a fresh mousse, delicately supporting sweetness and a lovely, full-bodied length.
