Tasting Notes
It has a light golden colour. At first the aroma is yeasty, but then more and more nutty, buttery and herbal notes emerge, as well as straw, blossom, and flax characters. It is silky, with a suitably restrained mousse on the palate, and with ripe acidity, and a delicately spicy finish.
