Bright, shiny straw yellow. Loud, very green, fruity nose with vegetal hints, elderflower, gooseberry, peppermint and nettle. Fruity and brisk on the palate, it plays skillfully with acidity and fruit. Fine texture envelops the delicately bitter finish.
