It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Fruits of the forest aromas on the nose, some mint, a hint of juniper, some strawberry jam. On the palate there is acid-fresh elegance, also well endowed with tannin, fine-grained, ripe, but also juicy and ethereal. Clearly mineral in character. Very stylish and elegant.
