The sweet and dessert wine Südtirol Moscato Rosa Praepositus DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Kloster Neustift has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Rosenmuskateller from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Sparkling, rich ruby red. Opens with intense spicy notes, lots of cloves, also some nutmeg, then beautiful raspberry tones. Full-bodied and dense on the palate, builds richly, then unfolds with present tannins, with a subtle bitter note on the finish.
