The white wine Praepositus Riesling Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Kloster Neustift has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
It has a strong and bright straw yellow colour. There are an appealing finely characterized aromas, with notes of mirabelle plum, apricot and yellow peach, it has a beautiful bouquet. It has rich stone fruit notes on the palate, and is juicy with fresh acidity, as well as a sweet texture on the finish.
