Intense straw yellow with green shimmer. A bit restrained on the nose at the beginning, then nuances of quince, pink grapefruit and some citrus fruit, slightly spicy aftertaste of white pepper. The palate has a vibrant acidity and fine juiciness, well balanced and with a long finish.
