Bright, clear lemon yellow. Fine fruity aromas of ripe quince, some lychee and a hint of passion fruit. Emphatically fresh on the palate, with light citrus tones and compact acidity. Pronounced minerality provides firmness and finesse. It has an animating, long finish. A surprise.
