The white wine R Sylvaner Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Köfererhof has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sylvaner from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
It has a bright silver green colour. On the nose it is compact, with a yellow-fruity aroma, as well as wet stone, grapefruit and ripe lemon, it is complex but of medium intensity. It is finely woven and compact on the palate, taut, with great tension, opening very vividly, with a lot of drive, and a long finish.
