The white wine Riesling R Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Köfererhof has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Radiant, bright straw yellow. On the nose fine yellow fruit, candied citrus, plus a subtle hints of oregano. Great creaminess on show on the palate, with finely spiced undertones. With light phenolic grip and definite complexity, it currently still seems very young but will mature excellently.
