Bright straw yellow with a drop of silver. An expressive nose of ripe quince and flint, plus elderberry and fresh mint with a hint of bergamot. Crisp on the palate, it shows bold playfulness and a beautiful minerality that enlivens the dense texture. The full finish ends on ripe citrus fruits. A great interpretation of the style.
