Bright ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Red heart cherries, a hint of wild berries, mineral notes, a hint of mandarin zest in the background. Lean, fresh cassis, racy acidity, lemony on the finish, animating style, can be used as an aperitif or with food.
