Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate floral notes of white pomaceous fruit, a hint of greengage and some mango, meadow herbs and blossom honey, inviting bouquet. Complex, juicy, finely-meshed, fine yellow tropical fruit, subtle acidity, salty minerality, some caramel in the finish. Shows good length and certain ageing potential; a full-bodied, versatile food wine.
