Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.05.2021: Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem, Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Medium yellow-green colour, silver reflections. On the nose, there is blossom honey, underlaid with fresh meadow herbs, peach, delicate hints of physalis and mint. On the palate, this is juicy with good complexity, fine stone fruit nuances, fresh acidity and delicate notes of baby banana, some blossom honey and a salty finish. It has great length and is certain to evolve.
