Tasting Notes
Transparent, elegant aromas of traditional Xinomavro, with earth, wood, and an echo of olive paste. On the palate it is much more accessible, with some red fruit balancing the whole, making it sweeter. The tannins make their presence acutely felt. As with most of classic Xinomavro, this right now is a promise: come back in five years for a mellow wine of high finesse. (Drink 2024-2030 where it will be 93-94)
